Caroline has a background in media research and account management having worked for major media owners including Northcliffe Newspapers, Outfront media and ipc Magazines.
She has been with OCP for over 6 years and is responsible for making the film production process run as smoothly as possible for the client and OCP’s production team. She stays one step ahead of everyone involved so they can concentrate on the job in hand. Caroline is also the voice of the client within OCP and ensures everyone involved from the director down to the runner clearly understand what the client wants to achieve with the film.
She also keeps us up to date on trends and new opportunities in digital communication and recently gained the Squared Online certificate in digital marketing developed by Google.
Ed has come to OCP as an experienced broadcast editor where he edited TV promos, interstitial content and programming. Before that he was a freelance editor and worked with OCP on a range of projects including the Oryx commercials and the Travel Channel refresh. Ed joined the OCP team fulltime in 2016 and has taken on the new challenge of being the Creative Producer, a role that sees him not just being involved with post production but at all stages of production.
Ed serves as the technical expertise at OCP, utilising the skills and knowledge he has developed as an editor and the experience he has gained working on a range of broadcast productions. He is also one of the lead creatives in the team and is involved with the creative process on all projects.
Bex is the mistress of invention! All projects get to look ‘big budget’ thanks to the clever, innovative things she can do with just about any creative brief she’s given. She spends her day managing budgets, timelines, and co-ordinating all the associated shoot logistics.
Bex has a BA Hons degree in Media and Communication Studies, and has since gained a wealth of experience in production management across a variety of genres including children’s TV (at Nickelodeon & The Disney Channel), live sport OB’s (for ESPN, ITV Sport, BT Sport & Sky Sports), as well as various TV commercials and online branded content.
Always ready to take on a challenge, it’s no surprise that Bex has successfully completed three full marathons and copious amounts of half marathons and 10k runs… all with medals to prove it!
Charlie began to work for OCP shortly after graduating from Plymouth university, with a degree in media arts. During his time there he developed an interest in video editing and motion graphics, which are both areas where he has continued to further his skills whilst working for OCP.
Colin started off directing for clients such as BT, Mercury and Thompson before becoming an in-house creative at the BBC. ITV and Sky creating numerous major campaigns including the Rugby World Cup launch and Sponsorship idents for Sky. As a creative he went on to write and direct his own campaigns across the globe. With a keen eye on slick editing and new post-production techniques – credits have included ITV, Sky, Kleenze, Speedo and Oryx.
Suki is a qualified and experienced Writer/Director with over 18 years of experience directing broadcast TV Commercials, Brand Films, Promos and Feature Films. After being asked by London Music Week back in 1998 to create their MTV campaign, Suki never looked back directing Commercials for clients such as BT, Toyota, Photobox, Panasonic, Dell Computers, Mazda, Holland & Barrett, Staples, The Police Service and Investor In People to name a few. He has also produced Brand Films for Samsung, Dyson, Nationwide, HSBC, Vodafone, Barclays and Diageo. Suki directed the British Psychological Noir Thriller, EMULSION, which has won several international awards and the online interactive multi-award winning heist movie to teach English, OLIVE GREEN. Suki has a varied style, blending eye catching images and strong performances with years of experience to bring ideas and scripts to life.
Aine is a multi-award winning director. She has won national and international awards for her work, from global TV campaigns, to channel idents, and online ads.
Her clients include BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky, Discovery, and Food Network. She has directed Top Gear’s The Stig, David Attenborough as well as many non-professional actors. She edited and produced a short doc with multi BAFTA winning filmmaker Daniel Mulloy.

Danny is a multi-award winning filmmaker, cinematographer, director and editor. His interest in film began as a child and he developed his flair for storytelling whilst studying Media Arts. Danny’s work ranges from visually stunning documentaries and shorts, to music and promotional videos. With past clients including Vodafone, Sunspel, Sony Music and CBS News.
His work leads him all over the world, some of his most notable projects including the acclaimed ‘Ray: A Life Underwater’ and his more recent ‘Postcards from Pripyat, Chernobyl’ which quickly became a viral sensation, generating over 12 million plays on Vimeo and counting! Danny loves to experiment and his artistic eye and creativity make him a valuable talent here at OCP
Cal began filming BMX and action sports as a teenager and after graduating with a degree in Television and Video Production, he turned his passion into a business, creating videos for some of the biggest brands in the industry. His style and originality has generated an impressive online audience, producing viral videos and gaining a sound reputation in his field.
Since then, he’s branched out into event coverage, corporate videos and worked closely with brands and businesses to develop creative and effective video content. Some of his past and present clients include RedBull, Nike, DC Shoes UK, Samsung UK, Fanta, Swatch, Tissot, Levi’s, Legoland, Eclat BMX parts, WeThePeople, and Nukeproof Bikes.
Amanda is a multi-award winning producer /director having worked extensively in the UK and USA. With numerous award winning short documentaries on both sides of the pond, she brings an envious wealth of storytelling experience to OCP. Amanda has previously worked with the BBC and Channel 4 in the UK and NASA and Nike in the USA. Her acclaimed winning 360 degree London Olympics film with diver Tom Daley, is currently being re-mastered for the latest Virtual Reality viewers such as Google Cardboard. Amanda is pushing the boundaries in combining storytelling with the latest video technology.
